Security & Safety

Each touchpad location includes 24 Hour Alarms, including panic alarm, fire alarm, silent alarm, and medical alert. Portable panic buttons can activate an alarm anywhere in your home, even from outside, on a 24 hour basis.

Keyless Entry and Access Control
Never again will you lock yourself out or have to re-key your home! With keyless entry, you or any authorized visitors can enter your home without a key simply by entering your code on the outdoor touchpad. When you change cleaning services or want to restrict access, you can easily change the code instead of having to change the locks or keys.

Central Fire Protection
Advantages of a Central Fire System include 24 Hour Monitoring, 24 Hour Supervision and an immediate audible alarm throughout the home at the earliest detection of smoke or heat which will awaken everyone in addition to immediately dispatching the Fire Department. You no longer have to worry about changing the batteries in your smoke detectors as system smoke detectors do not require them. Our System Smoke Detectors meet all local and state Code requirements. To enhance your protection, we offer heat sensors in those areas where a smoke detector could cause false alarms, such as the Kitchen, Mechanical Room, Laundry Room and Garage.

Environmental Protection
The Central Monitoring Station can be notified of a freezing condition before pipes actually freeze. Low temperature sensors can be located in the kitchen, bathrooms and Mechanical Rooms to offer 24-hour freeze protection. We can also protect you and your family members with Natural Gas Sensors and Carbon Monoxide Sensors for enhanced life safety on a 24 hour basis.

Custom Lighting Control
Utilizing the standard wiring in your home, we can control your lights exactly how you want them controlled. You never again have to come home to a dark house! Your home can look ‘lived in’ while you are away, and lights can come on automatically when a guest pulls into the driveway or in an alarm condition. You can also easily control any electrical appliance with our ‘Smart” receptacles.
